Step 1: Log in to eCitizen
To start, go to eCitizen and log in to your account. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to create an eCitizen account first.
Step 2: Navigate to the NCPWD Portal
Once logged in, navigate to the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) portal. Click on the choice to “Register as a Person with Disability.”
Step 3: Fill in the Online Application Form
Fill the provided application form with your details. Make sure that all information is correct, as this will aid the success of your application.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
You’ll need to upload several documents during the application process. Make sure all documents are in the correct format and legible. The required documents are:
