Recently, I wrote an article about how motorists struggled to reschedule their vehicle inspection appointments due to a missing feature. I’m happy to report that this feature is now available!

You can now change your inspection appointment date, even if the original inspection date has passed. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your eCitizen account.
2. Navigate to the NTSA dashboard.
3. Select Inspection.
4. Find the vehicle for which you want to reschedule the NTSA appointment.
5. Click View History, then select Reschedule.
6. Submit and print the new inspection slip.

That’s how you can easily reschedule your NTSA appointment.
