Mwash Cyber has received several reports from users who cannot access their eCitizen accounts. Some users trying to log in or reset their password are seeing the message "Account Not Found."
This notice is not an official communication from eCitizen or any government authority.
From the cases we have handled, some accounts that showed this error later started working again.
We advise users to remain calm and try logging in again later as the issue may be temporary.
