After gathering all the necessary documents, convert them into PDF format to prepare for the duplicate logbook application through the eCitizen portal. You can achieve this by visiting a nearby cyber café for scanning or by taking photos of the documents and converting the images to PDF online.
Step 5: Apply for a Duplicate Logbook via eCitizen

- Once logged in, navigate to the NTSA section.
- In the NTSA dashboard, locate the vehicle for which you lost or damaged the logbook and click view on the right side.
- On the next page, verify the vehicle details and select vehicle services. Choose the option to apply for a duplicate logbook and complete the form, uploading all required documents in PDF format.
- The service fee is Ksh 2550.
- After payment, schedule a collection location for the duplicate logbook.
- Print your invoice and wait a few days as NTSA processes your application.
