- Open your browser and visit accounts.ecitizen.go.ke.
- Log in using your eCitizen credentials:
- ID number or email address
- Password
- OTP sent to your phone or email
- Click Business Registration Services to access BRS Version 1.

How to Login BRS V2
How to Login to BRS Version 2
- Visit brsv2.ecitizen.go.ke.
- Log in with your eCitizen details:
- ID number or email address
- Password
- OTP sent to your phone or email
- After login, you’ll be taken to the BRS Version 2 dashboard.
Note: Version 2 offers a faster and improved interface.
Important Notes on BRS Login:
- To log in to either version, you must have an active eCitizen account. If you don’t have one, you can register on the eCitizen portal by providing your National ID number and other required details.
- Ensure you have access to your registered email or phone number to receive the OTP for secure login.
