How to Register for a Non- Individual KRA pin

Step 1: Visit the iTax Portal

Open your browser and go to the KRA iTax Portal .
The portal works on desktop devices better.

Step 2: Select Taxpayer Type

Choose “Non-Individual.”

This option is for:

  • Companies
  • Groups
  • NGOs
  • Trusts
  • Associations
Selecting the wrong option will force you to start again—pause, confirm, then click.

Step 3: Choose Registration Mode

Select “Online Form” as the registration mode.

Step 4: Complete the Required Sections

  • Section A – Basic Details
    Enter the entity’s name, registration number, and incorporation details.
  • Section B – Tax Obligations
    Select the applicable tax obligations.
  • Section D – Directors / Partners / Associates
    Provide details of the officials involved.
  • Section E – Agent Details (Optional)
    This section is not mandatory and may be skipped.

Step 5: Submit the Application

Submit the completed form.

You’ll receive an Acknowledgment Receipt with a reference number to track your application.
